Paul started his professional career as an entrepreneur with his consulting company, Merchantware, Inc. Over the years, Paul has conceived, developed and delivered close to twenty products and sold tens of thousands of licenses. Even while being fully employed, Paul managed to form several sole proprietorships, one of which is currently a Microsoft Certified Partner.

Paul holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering as well as Electrical Engineering, both from Virginia Tech. Paul has been a cube dweller since 1999.

Gary founded Tectopia, Inc., a technology consulting firm, in 2000 where he managed and developed custom software solutions for corporate clients of all sizes. Gary has worked for numerous startup organizations including Accipiter and MindLever both of which were later acquired.
